Subscribe & Save is a great way to save money and get your supplements delivered to your door automatically, on a schedule that fits your needs.

How do I sign up for Subscribe & Save?

There are two ways to sign up for Subscribe & Save:

Go to the product page of the item you would like to order. Two purchase options are available: one-time or Subscribe & Save. Select Subscribe & Save, then select the desired frequency of your orders and add to cart. Check out and confirm the correct shipping address. The subscription will be created automatically.

Select the item you are looking to order from a category page (example: multivitamins) and “Add to Cart.” In your cart there is an option to upgrade to Subscribe & Save. Check out by confirming the correct shipping address.

Can I change or customize my Subscribe & Save orders?

Yes, you have access to manage your Subscribe & Save orders at any time by accessing your account from our website. Edits can be made to the subscription at any time, up to two business days before the next scheduled order date. 

To edit your subscription, please log in to your account. Many options for managing your subscription are available: update or delay an order, add or remove products, change frequency, change shipping address, or update payment method. 

Can I change the delivery or frequency of my subscription?

Can I redeem rewards points on subscription orders?

Your Subscribe & Save order is discounted at 10%, and not all rewards offers or promotions can be applied to Subscribe & Save orders. The best way to redeem the rewards points is to place a one-time order. We do offer promotions throughout the year where you can use rewards on purchases; be sure to subscribe to our emails to learn more about the different promotions we offer to redeem rewards.

When will my payment be charged?

The payment for the subscription order is charged on the day your next order is scheduled to be processed. Please allow up to two business days for your order to ship. An email with tracking details will be sent to the email address on the account as soon as they become available.

How do I make changes to my subscription?
