Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Chicken Soup High Protein Meal Replacement
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup diced or sliced white onion

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a sauté pan or skillet and heat for one minute.
  2. Add diced onion to the pan. Cook until slightly opaque.
  3. Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté with onions until desired texture, then turn the heat off and allow to cool.
  4. Heat 8 oz. of water in a separate bowl to 140° F (watch the temperature as the protein clumps).
  5. Add Chicken Soup High Protein Meal Replacement to the heated water and mix well.
  6. Add mushrooms and onions to the soup mixture.
  7. Enjoy!
