Ingredients
- 2 scoops Chicken Soup High Protein Meal Replacement
- 8 oz. water
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup diced or sliced white onion
Directions
- Add olive oil to a sauté pan or skillet and heat for one minute.
- Add diced onion to the pan. Cook until slightly opaque.
- Add mushrooms to the pan and sauté with onions until desired texture, then turn the heat off and allow to cool.
- Heat 8 oz. of water in a separate bowl to 140° F (watch the temperature as the protein clumps).
- Add Chicken Soup High Protein Meal Replacement to the heated water and mix well.
- Add mushrooms and onions to the soup mixture.
- Enjoy!
