Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- ½ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese or parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- TOPPINGS
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. You can also use a pizza pan.
- Add ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Move the chicken mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a round pizza shape about ¼ inch thick. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Return back to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
