  • ½ to ¾ cup liquid (water, skim milk, or almond milk)
  • 2 scoops Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement
  • ½ cup rolled oats

Directions

  1. In a cup or small bowl, mix ½ cup of liquid with 2 scoops of High Protein Meal Replacement.
  2. Add ½ cup of rolled oats to the protein mixture and combine thoroughly.
